Upgrade StorageMS word plug-in problems. Zotero doesnt show in word.
Did everything suggested on the webpage. Nothing works.
When I double click the .dotm file in word-startup folder, it opens word and Zotero in displayed and works.
Clicking the .dotm file in Zotero - install folder, it doesnt work.
Why doesnt the Zotero plug- in work when the correct file is in the correct path and folder? Something a miss here and very frustrating. Any solutions please.
