Problem with adding notes in Google Docs

Whenever I add a note in Google Docs, it says Zotero is experiencing a problem updating the document. The note will replace a note already in the document, or Zotero will add the note without putting the citation in the footnote. If I push Zotero refresh, it does not recognize that Zotero has put notes and citations into the document. If the citation does not go into the document somehow, the document undoes whatever the last move was(like it pushes the undo button).

    Does it work in a new document? What browser are you using? You should disable all other extensions besides Zotero Connector, restart your browser and try again. Submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector if you have further problems.

    It works in a completely blank document, but not when I make a copy of a document I have already started. I've tried this on Safari and Google Chrome with the same results. I've disabled all extensions on both browsers, restarted all browsers and the Zotero desktop, and even restarted the computer with no results. Report ID: 1185722028

    You'll should follow the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents steps. If it does not help, note down what you did and what happened at each step
