Upgrade StorageZotero extension in word
I recently installed Zotero version 6.0.23 on my Windows 10 Professional, but I'm encountering an issue where the Zotero extension isn't visible in my Word 2016 application.
I've followed the installation instructions carefully and attempted troubleshooting by restarting my computer and reinstalling the extension, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
I also tried reinstalling the extension from "Edit > Preferences > Cite > Word Processors > Reinstall Word Add-In," but it didn't resolve the issue. Additionally, manually activating the Zotero extension in Word 2016 from File > Options > Add-ins > COM Add-ins > Go didn't work either, even though Zotero.dotm was listed in the COM Add-ins.
Could you kindly provide troubleshooting steps or guidance on resolving this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
