Upgrade Storage_libraryStorageVersion cannot decrease (error 989598688)
My account was discontinued for some time. After re-activating it, I cannot sync my database any more. The error message says: "_libraryStorageVersion cannot decrease"

The integrity check suggests that my database is okay. I also tried to overwrite the cloud data with the local database, but this did not solve the problem.
I found some similar entries in the forum, but not a general recipe that I could use. Any suggestion would be welcome.
