Import from Endnote20: file structure not conserved

I've just imported my endnote library into Zotero via the .xml format. It's transferred all of my references with the metadata but not the sub-folders that I've spent years curating (e.g. different projects/subtopics). I am reluctant to manually recreate this in zotero because it will take ages. Does anyone know how I can re-import the endnote data and/or use a plugin to transfer this file structure/organisation into zotero?
