paying upgrade by bank transfer

I need to upgrade my account to the "unlimited" plan (for the next two years), but I need to get it reimbursed, and my employer only entitles me to reimbursement for payments by bank transfer.
Please advise me on handling my renewal payment with a bank transfer.

  • I'm afraid we're currently only able to send invoices or accept payment via bank transfer for Zotero Lab or Institution subscriptions.

    For individual storage subscriptions, you can purchase using most payment cards (credit or debit) from the storage settings. After purchase, if necessary for reimbursement, a detailed receipt is available from that page for the most recent purchase.

    If your card is entered into the system and enabled for auto-renewal, we can also go ahead and charge you for additional years upon request. Email storage@zotero.org for help with that.
