Zotero 7 Beta: Right-click on selected text behind an annotation

edited December 10, 2023
It is usually possible to do a right-click → Copy on the text selected within a PDF file. However, this is not possible to do for the text selected behind an annotation, because the right-click is captured by the annotation. Would it be possible to get the same right-click → Copy also on the text selected behind an annotation?
This is working as expected in Zotero 6.0.30.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a PDF file in the Zotero PDF Viewer
2) Make a Select Area box around a page containing text
3) Select some text behind that annotation box by pressing Alt and selecting with the mouse
4) Right-click on the selected text
--> At that point, the right-click triggers the right-click of the Select Area instead of the usual right-click that appears in other places in the PDF viewer.

It is already possible to copy the selected text by other ways: Ctrl+C, Edit → Copy and also the quick-copy shortcut and drag-and-drop.
So it is not so important, but it would probably be more consistent.

The right-click on the selected text will also be useful to add more copy options from plugins.
