not able to download

After getting the message to upgragde to Zotero 2.0rc4 I get a message wit ID 1719801403. No idea what to do next and I cannot get into my zotero database! Huub Sanders

Update to the latest version from Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions -> Find Updates.
