EzProxy Not detected, can not manually add

Hi
I am using zotero Connector Chrome and trying to set up proxy redirection for some journals I routinely read.

If I login using the college library, the proxy is not automatically detected by zotero - so that method doesn't work.

The library state their proxy address is http://ezproxy.surgeons.org/login?url=

As an example the original and proxied URLs are:

https://thejns.org/
https://thejns-org.ezproxy.surgeons.org/

I have tried to set it up manually using the following settings:

Login URL Scheme: http://ezproxy.surgeons.org/login?url=%u
Proxied URL Scheme: %h.ezproxy.surgeons.org/%p

But it does not work

Am I missing anything?

1) Use https://, not http://.
2) Use qurl=, not url=.

Beyond that it looks fine.
