Upgrade StorageZotero does not come to front when clicked
When clicking on the Zotero icon in the taskbar the window does not come to the front. I have to minimize every window in front of it to access Zotero again.
This is on Windows 11. There seems to be a similar known issue with Windows 11, but this only happens to me with Zotero. Every other program works fine.

1) If you're running any third-party plugins in Zotero, try disabling them.
2) If you're running any third-party system utilities, try disabling them.
3) You can see if this still happens in the Zotero 7 beta.
