PDF sync not working
Debug ID : D814053856
I had a PC where I had all my bibliography that crashed. I have an academic account with unlimited storage.
I downloaded again Zotero in my new computer and I am trying to have my bibliography files back. When I sync my account, the files do come back, but I have very few document where a PDF is available that I can open directly in Zotero. In most cases, I get an error indicating "The attached file could not be found at the following path. It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to or from zotero.org". The folders of the different files have only a .zotero-ft-unprocessed file.
I tried to read carefully this : https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing
But I cannot find a clear solution to get all PDF back, so I can open them directly in Zotero.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks a lot !

dstillmanThe files were just never uploaded from the computer where you added them. Before a few days ago, only about 300 MB of files were uploaded. I'd guess that you didn't have institutional storage previously and were either ignoring the quota warning or turned off file syncing to avoid it. But we never had these files on our servers, so I'm afraid your only option would be some backup of your previous computer.
