Problem with Ovid MEDLINE and Chrome Connector Debug ID D404826409 -- have tried everything

Hi,

I have tried the everything listed on the "troubleshooting translator issues" page.

When I use the Chrome Connector to export from my library's Ovid MEDLINE, I get the following message:
"An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."
URL for page is https://ovidsp.dc2.ovid.com/ovid-new-a/ovidweb.cgi;
The name of the translator is Save to Zotero (Ovid).

I get the same error message with Ovid ERIC.
Translator: Save to Zotero (Ovid))
URL is https://ovidsp.dc2.ovid.com/ovid-new-a/ovidweb.cgi
Debug ID is D812005775.

I also get that error message with Ovid Embase.
Translator: Save to Zotero (Ovid),
Debug ID is D74622282.

The connector hasn't been working with Embase for a long time (more than a year), while ERIC quit working last February (I think). MEDLINE just quit working recently.
