Upgrade StorageZotero keeps crashing

I have recently started using Zotero after using EndNote for a long while. The problem is that it keeps on crashing in multiple situations. The main problem I have with it is to do with the bibliography.
When I make a bibliography with the word-tool, and later change the source in Zotero, one of three things happen:
1. The changes I have made in Zotero does not appear in the word-bibliography at all.
2. The changes I have made in Zotero does happen, but the whole bibliography is formatted. The line spacing becomes small. Also, the indents (?) disappear. This makes the bibliography unusable, and I have found no way of changing the formatting back in that document. I then have to make a new document and a new bibliography in that document, to get the formatting right.
3. Zotero or word or both crashes, and I have to reopen the word document. Also I get up a message from Zotero saying "integration error".
This makes me have to make a new document for every change I make to the bibliography. I have a MacBook Air 22-model, running Zotero 6.0.30 and Microsoft Word 16.79.2. I have tried reinstalling the word-integration tool and Zotero itself, without the problem disappearing.
