Zotero continues to unlink citations

Hello, in the last few days, I have been facing problems using Zotero. I can insert citations, but most of the time the next time I open the document the citations are all disconnected, and I have to insert them again one at a time. I am working on Google Docs online, but I didn't have any problems so far.
