Problem adding a bibliography

Hi, I have written a paper and finished adding all my citations with no problem however when I go to add my bibliography a message appears saying "Zotero experienced an error updating your document, would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?" i have tried refreshing both Zotero and my document and restarting my laptop but nothing is working. Is there a solution?
