WebDAV server not syncing (HTTP 401 error)

Hi all, I am using a WebDAV server on 4shared for Zotero as I exceeded the storage limit for Zotero. Over the past month (could be longer but I hadn't noticed), I've been getting the same error when trying to sync Zotero to 4shared: 'Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 401 error for a GET request.' I've checked and double-checked that my username and password are correct, but when I try to Verify Server in Sync preferences, it says: 'The WebDAV server did not accept the username and password you entered.' I don't know what's changed but I severely doubt that, for example, I've exceeded the free storage limit on 4shared as I would've received an email about that.

I'm not too tech-savvy so I'm not sure how WebDAV servers function or what I need to do to fix this issue. I guess I could delete old files that I haven't touched in years to get back below the Zotero storage limit but that would be a pain. Of course, if this is an issue with 4shared rather than Zotero, I will gladly ask for advice in the appropriate place.
