Bibliography won't insert

Shana Haines
I'm trying to insert my bibliography at the end of my 100 page document. I used the Zotero add/edit citations throughout my paper. There may have been a few footnotes that I entered via Word insert footnote. In creating this document, my final step was copy and pasting all the three sections that I wrote into one document. It's this document that won't let me insert a bibliography.

Is there anything I can do to get it to insert my bibliography? If not, what do you suggest?

Thank you.
