Zotero connector not downloading PDF

Hello,

I need help! Zotero connector is no longer downloading PDFs. I am using to keep references for my research. I have tried to download from different journals and suddenly it's not downloading the pdf. it downloads the link to research paper but not the pdf.

Is it possibly a space issue? I have deleted an entire library but I am still experiencing the same issue.

Any suggestions would be helpful! thank you

Almost certainly not a space issue.
Could you provide a couple of URLs where you're not getting PDFs?
Can you test on https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0290090

Same URL you provided, It downloads the url link and relevant information of the article to my Zotero library but it does not include the PDF.

I have tried many different research papers including open access papers and still facing the same issue.

Do you have Zotero set to save PDFs in the General pane of the app settings?

Are you saving to your group library that doesn't allow file editing?
