I am on day 2 of being unable to use Zotero in google docs. I either get an error message or the insert citation box stays red.

adomasvenRestart Zotero and your browser and try again. Note down exactly what happens, make sure you look through open Zotero windows after attempting to add a citation in your browser, and post it here. What browser are you using?
