email verification issue

I'm trying to set my student up with Zotero and he is not receiving the verification email. His username is mikepeirce3

    Emails were sent out on our end and didn't bounce. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you. He should check his spam folder, and if he's still not seeing the messages, you or he will need to check with your IT department. Verification emails come from do-not-reply@zotero.org.
