Issue with Company Network Proxy

Hi

We would like to use Zotero within our Company.
Installation of the Standalone Desktop App worked fine.
However we do not retrieve data when trying to get a docuement eg. with an ISBN.
We are using a Proxy and tried it with the SOCKS Proxy Settings in the Standalone Desktop Appliaction which is not working. Auto-detection and the other Proxy Settings did not work either.
Settings applied like in kb/socks_proxy.txt.
We were able to generat the Debug file unfortunately there was an error on send.

Any idea what the issue might be?
Are there any other options using the Tool with a Proxy other than SOCKS?

    The instructions in that KB article should still work. This is the Firefox proxy mechanism, and it hasn't changed in many years. Any proxy setting that works in Firefox's about:config should work in Zotero as well. See Connection Error for more info.

    Note that you have to restart Zotero after any changes.
