Unknown shadow appears in reference window in word

Another bug: XML Parsing Error.
This pop-up window that appears briefly when I click Zotero-plugin on refresh, or when I add a literature.
But thankfully, the functionality has not been anomalous.

For the XML Parsing Error (which isn't related to this), see this thread. You can try in a new Zotero profile, as I suggest there, and respond there if that fixes it for you. (Don't do the uninstall the other person there mentions. We'd like to narrow down the cause of this.)
