how to get access to PDFs on my zotero

Dear Sir/Madam, I have multiple documents in online version of Zotero. Can you help me in getting access to those. Regards Narayan

    Not sure exactly what you mean. If you're saying you want to access your library in the Zotero app on your computer, you can just set up syncing.

    Thank you for a quick reply. I have setup syncing and I am still not able to access the pdfs. It is interesting to note that I see the files on web version, but not able to access the files online (same happens on my computer). Even after I sync with my computer I cannot access them. Unfortunately I couldn't include the screen shot here. Looks like I am within the limits for the storage. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    That just means the files haven't been uploaded from the computer where you added them. See Files Not Syncing.
