Remove context menu items

I'm finding Zotero useful, but I never use it from the context menu. I'd like a preferences option, please to remove the Zotero entries from my context menu.

    New hidden pref for this, browserContentContextMenu, on the dev branch. Will expose to the UI after 1.0.
