pdf deletion

The pdf that I download on my computer regularly and mysteriously disappear from the storage folder, which is very annoying.
Any hint as to why this occurs?

Zotero isn't doing that. It could be something else on your computer, but in almost all cases this is just confusion, and the file was actually added on another computer and just hasn't synced to your current computer. You're at your file storage quota, so that's almost certainly the case here as well. See Files Not Syncing.
