I have automatically entered two new online references however, one is displayed in my biblio as the http links (as I want it), the other one has zotero://attachment/117/. They looks the same entries in terms of what fields are filled in on Zotero.

How can I delete the "attached" copy of the webpage and just have the link?

    the bibliography uses whatever is in the URL field of the Zotero - that should never have something like zotero://... in it - the only way to even get that is to use "Create New Item..." from an opened Zotero snapshot.
    Anyway - the way to just have the link you have to correctly fill out the URL field in Zotero - I know you say the fields look the same, but that's positively not the case. The citation feature of Zotero doesn't have any way to access the location of the snapshot.
