Zotero 7: renamed file name is not displayed correctly in main window

I have set Zotero 7 for file-renaming. When importing an article via the browser extension, it appears in the main window that the PDF file was labeled as FullText.pdf, and that a manual "Rename File from Parent Metadata" does not rename it either. However, when locating the file on disk, the filename has been renamed.

I have ZotMoov installed.

The items list shows the attachment title, which isn't the same as the filename. The attachment title has never matched the filename when saving from the web. The change in Zotero 7 is just no longer unnecessarily overwriting the attachment title when calling Rename File from Parent Metadata manually.
