Almost nothing is imported from ProQuest

It's a MIT Technology Review article accessed through ProQuest.

When I click on the Zotero Connector for Firefox, the PDF is not imported.

EDIT: In reality, only the title is imported. No authors, no journal, no date.

Works for me. After resetting translators in Zotero, reset them in the Zotero Connector preferences, and then reload the page.

It works after reseting the translators of the connector.

But:

1. Can the connector show a popup that the translators have been correctly reset? Currently if you click on the reset button it looks like nothing is happening

2. In here: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data
In the section "Restoring Your Zotero Data From a Backup", can we write to reset the translators both for the application and the connector?
