Hi. I got an error when I tried to open a PDF.

[JavaScript Error: "Win error 5 during operation removeEmptyDir on file C:\Users\[…]\Zotero\storage\UQ9X59DB (Access is denied.

This is usually caused by either security software on your system blocking Zotero from writing to its data directory or incorrect permissions in the data directory.
