Author name not being referenced correctly

Only the surname is being reported when I insert Vancouver references into word. It is also only showing the surname and not first name in the creator column in Zotero .
I am using the latest version.
Please can you help?

Could you give an example? I don't quite follow (the creator column only shows given names by design, so that's not surprising)
