Upgrade StorageEmoji picker issue on Ubuntu

I encountered an issue trying to add emoji to tags using emoji picker on Ubuntu 23.04.
It is natural that restricted to GTK only native picker does not work in Zotero, but do not also smile and emote. When I apply shortcodes, the editing focus desappear in the tag, and emoji picker window doesn't appear.
