Add PDF to Parent Item in Web App

I can't seem to figure out how to associate a PDF with a parent item in which I normally would be able to drag into and associate with the parent item. I am using the Zotero web app on Google Chrome. Any help would be great appreciated.

Click the item, click the Attachments tab on the right, and click Add File.
