Bizarre Russian citations in my Zotero library

In using the citations in my Windows app, I find two entries created 03/2020 with titles in Russian that I do not recognize. There is no other bibliographic information. Google searching suggests that the English source of the text is from https://ebm.bmj.com/content/5/6/178 .

I have never added a non-English article of mine to my bibliography, but the file creation time-stamp in Zotero matches many other citations that are all mine but duplicates as I already had the citations in Zotero.

I assume that I inadvertently added these citations three years ago as part of a data import, or an accidental button click, but post this summary here in case someone has had a similar experience.
  • what does it say under "Library Catalog" for those items? Most people who have entries in their library that make no sense inadvertently imported them via a Pubmed ID in the Add by identifier field.
  • The library catalog is empty. The only populated fields are:
    Item Type: Journal Article
    Title
    Author (me)
Date added 6/20/2020 (so hard to recall what I was doing then)

I agree I must have imported, perhaps from a hard drive would not populate the library field.
