Stuck "Loading documents"

Hi,

My Zotero is stuck loading documents indefinitely.
I've tried deleting the pref.js and letting Zotero run several days but it doesn't change anything.
I've sent a report with the ID 138802456.

    Your Windows profile directory is on a network share, and you're getting various weird errors because of that, including one that claims that you're at your quota. You may need to clear disk space or talk to your IT department.
