Upgrade StorageWord crashes when trying to add a citation from Zotero
The problem I'm facing is that whenever I attempt to insert a citation into my Word document using Zotero, Word sometimes crashes. In one moment it works perfectly, in the next moment, Word closes all documents.
This happens to me on two different devices. One with Word 2016 and Zotero 6 (Windows 10). One with Word 365 and Zotero 6 (Windows 11).
I've tried various troubleshooting steps on my own, such as ensuring that both Word and Zotero are up to date, changing the name of the document, and reinstalling Zotero. However, none of these actions seem to have rectified the problem.

adomasvenIf you can find a reliable way to reproduce that, we could take a look. Generally Word crashing means a bug in Word, not Zotero, so you might want to report that to Microsoft, along with any crash report.
