Upgrade Storagesecurity library failure.
Today I started getting an error message that Zotero can't sync: "Zotero could not make a secure connection.An error occurred during a connection to api.zotero.org.

When I click on the MORE INFORMATION link, I am taken to https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/ssl_certificate_error, but that page does not mention "security library failure or "SEC_ERROR_LIBRARY_FAILURE". Are the instructions on that page nonetheless what I should follow to deal with this error?
