Zotero does not add Bibliography

Hello, I cannot add the bibliography in my document. I tried newstarting but nothing changed. It is loading and shows me the screen with my library but when I click 'ok' nothing happens and I also don't get an error message. DEBUG ID is 1583458438. Help would be appreciated a lot! Thanks =)

    Which operating system, which word processor and version, which citation style, how long is the document and approximately how many citations does it have, and how long have you waited after clicking add bibliography?

    I'm also confused where you clicked "OK" -- "Add Bibliography" does not trigger/require a confirmation dialog

    Operating system: Microsoft, Microsoft Office 2019, Word Version 1808, Citation style is "Technische Universität Dresden - Linguistik" (https://www.zotero.org/styles/technische-universitat-dresden-linguistik). If I push "Add/Edit Bibliography" there is this Pop up: "edit bibliography" where I can see all my bibliography and I have the option of 'ok' or 'cancel'. The document is almost 200 pages and has probably 300 + sources. I waited over hour. I can still add citations in the text though. In the past this option worked very quick with smaller versions of this document but now it does not, so I don't know what to do.

    If you get that window, Zotero believes you already have a bibliography in the text, presumably hidden. Show field codes ( https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/word_field_codes ) to figure out where, remove that section entirely, and try again.
    You'll have to wait a bit, but it shouldn't take very long for a bibliography to appear.
