Zotero in Libre Office doesn't work

Hi all,
I am trying to use zotero in LibreOffice version 4:7.5.5. It gives me the zotero buttons in Libre, but after clicking on it, nothing happens. Can you help me?
I have tried tips from previous posts but am a bit lost.

I assume that's version 7.5.5 (not sure what the 4 is doing there)?
