Mix of use of first names and intials when using vancouver

I am using Vancouver style in my document. When creating the bibliography some references are being created using the authors surname - first name (in full) but others are being created using surname - initials. How can I make this consistent?

Almost certainly a data issue -- check how the authors are entered in Zotero. The Vancouver style will always use initials with correctly (i.e., lastname, firstname in separate fields) entered data.
