Upgrade StorageFeature suggestion: @ing Group Library users in annotations/Notes
I use Group Libraries for teaching. It would be useful to be able to tag other users (students, in my case, collaborators in others) in annotations (comments, highlights) and/or Notes by @ing their usernames.
This would be especially useful in Notes, because that doesn't require everyone to be syncing files and associated annotations.
In other words, either:
1. add @username either during reading and export annotations to Notes
2. add @username post facto in Notes
