FR: middle pane fields including information from Extra field

If there is information in Extra field, like for example Publisher for a journal article, when the corresponding column (in this case, Publisher) is present in the middle pane, this information would be shown in such column.

    The Extra field is just a hack. It will be possible to move those values to real fields once the data model is updated. We're not going to build functionality that treats lines in Extra as permanent fields.
