Upgrade Storage[394529930] No highlighting feature in Zotero split second window

When I choose split Horizontally or split vertically to see the same document in split screen (to see two parts of the doc simultaneously), in the 2nd "window" (not a different window, I didn't find any better technical term to describe it), all the highlighting disappeared and no new highlights can be added from the 2nd "window".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a document in Zotero viewer.
2. Choose "Split Vertically" in the Right context menu.
3. Try to highlight some text or add a comment in the both "window"(s).
Expected:
The document 2nd "window" should be capable of doing the similar stuff the primary "window" can do.
