Upgrade StorageGoogle Doc: other user, override document lock, citation stuck as 'updating'

1. I had the error stating that citations were locked by another user
2. I clicked on 'unlock document.'
3. The citation I was attempting to edit is stuck in 'updating' status.
4. I tried deleting bibliography
5. I tried making a copy of the document.
6. I tried reverting back to the last time when I was successfully adding citations to the document.
7. I tried editing the 'updating' citation and got error: "Selected field uXbaGe not returned from Docs backend"
