My laptop's Zotero works great, but when working at my company office, the app glitches every time I add the Author's name (first or last). I am able to write the name out in the cell but cannot exit or enter the cell to continue on; I always have to close the app to exit the glitch and the name is not saved.

    You are running a version of Zotero that is over 15 months old. You should update and figure out why you were not getting updates all this time.
