Zotero iPad not showing all items

I’ve checked to make sure the iPad and my laptop are on the same account. The website and laptop app show all the items combined, but the iPad app shows only those items I saved using the iPad app. However, all of the folders/collections show up on all devices and the website.

I have screenshots that illustrate but don’t see how to upload them here, I may just host them and provide the links here if it helps.

Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere?

  • (That was the point, though. Not to belabor this, but @mgibson323, your response here is bizarre and inappropriate. You posted here for help. I linked to the page that tells you how to debug this and how to provide the necessary information we would need to debug it further, which there was no indication you had followed. You then responded that I should “see step 6” — something you literally had not read — so I was clarifying what we would actually need in the future. If you're going to post here, please assume that people are trying to help you and adjust your responses accordingly.)
  • I did read step 6 in part and, granted, glossed over some of those details as when I reported this it was late at night, and I was heading to bed. No excuse for that, my apologies.

    I responded the way I did because even though I reported that it was now working, you still decided to call me out on that, which to me seemed to be unnecessary at the time.

    Your point is well-taken, though. I do appreciate the efforts to help.
