Upgrade StorageAn error occurred saving with... error message
Dear all, are you familiar with this issue?
It has been persisting for some weeks now and I haven't found the cause. Usually I just find some workaround to save the reference, but maybe there is something systematic going on that I can fix?
"An error occurred saving with ResearchGate. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead. An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

I am logged on to my RG account. It seems to be a more general problem:
I get the error message "An error occurred saving with ScienceDirect. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead. An error occurred saving with Embedded Metadata. Attempting to save using DOI instead." on the following URL:

I have also been unable to save references from APA for some time:

Reinstalling did not solve the issue (I happened to reinstall a few days ago for a new laptop, same zotero user and google account.)
and, if that doesn't fix things, provide all the info requested in the last step, using the Sciencedirect article (in general, btw., you'll get better results saving from abstract or HTML views than from PDF views -- e.g. on the T&F page, you shouldn't get an error, but you'd never get good data on import)
