Installation on Mac Apple M2 ultra not initiating

When I drag Zotero to the Applications folder, no installation is initiated. When I manually try to open Zotero to start the installation, a blank window pops up and nothing happens.

    There's no "installation" to be initiated. You're just dragging the app from the disk image to your Applications folder, which is a standard way of installing apps on the Mac.

    What do you mean by "When I manually try to open Zotero"? How?

    Can you take a screenshot that shows the blank window, upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and provide a link here?

    The problem was I needed to install Rosetta on my Mac. Now it is working.
