Upgrade StorageZotero 7 Beta: One profile trying to wipe out another--mangled message
I have been moving back and forth between libraries for weeks and between Zotero 6 and 7 on various libraries with no problem. Tonight, when I went from my main library on 7 to a test library on 7, it gave me a message that to continue the sync would overwrite my main library's data. It appears to have buttons at the bottom, but they're written on top of each other and look dangerous to press without knowing which is which. I aborted Zotero to get out. I'm also puzzled as to what would have changed to prevent me from going into my beta library. My main Zotero program is still version 6, and I have version 7 in a subfolder. I used the version 7 program to go into both sets of data--the one that lives in the top Zotero folder hierarchy and the one in the folder where the Zotero beta is stored.

As for the message, that's what you would get if you try to sync with a different account from the one you were using, including if you point one Zotero profile at a different data directory.
You should be using different profiles with different data directories.

It's possible my monitor was set at 125%. Could that cause the mangled buttons?
