PDFs not downloading

I made a new Zotero account on a second laptop for a tutorial I'm working on. I've installed the application and the connectors for multiple browsers. For some reason, I cannot download this article using my new Zotero account on the second laptop: https://journals-sagepub-com.jpllnet.sfsu.edu/doi/full/10.1177/23326492221112424

But it downloads just fine to my old Zotero account on my primary laptop. I've tried restarting everything--Zotero, the browsers, and the computer. What else can I try? Thanks!

Your school's proxy server is misconfigured and will need to be fixed. Send this page to your IT department:

They can see that the SSL Labs test shows "Chain issues: Incomplete" for the above URL.
