Zotero Institution storage plan

Hi,

If you're the admin for your library / institution's Zotero Institution storage plan, I'd love to hear about it.

* What work is involved in setting it up?
* Did you integrate with a campus Single Sign On system? How did that go?
* Do you get questions / problem reports about integrations between Zotero and other tools (Word, Google Docs, etc)?

    For questions about institutional storage plans, you can email storage@zotero.org.

    There's no setup involved — we just need the FTE count of students and the covered email domain.

    We don't currently support any kind of SSO integration.

    Institutional storage plans don't have anything to do with word processor integration. Dartmouth already recommends Zotero (albeit with an extremely outdated libguide), so this wouldn't change anything about support — you'd just want to make sure you were advising students and faculty to add their institutional email address to their Zotero account so they could be covered by the storage.

    Beyond that, we provide general Zotero support here — see How Zotero Support Works for more info. We also recommend sending people to our documentation rather trying to provide documentation locally, which invariably becomes extremely out of date and confusing to people using current versions of Zotero.
